Carbon and glass fibre profiles in aerospace

DPP is developing innovative composite materials for static and deployable structures that meet the requirements of today's space applications. These structures are widely used to deploy and support flexible solar arrays, magnetometer, deployable antenna, and other instruments.

DPP's materials are designed to have sufficient deployment reliability, rigidity, and shape stability against thermal and vibration disturbances. Deployment reliability is the most important factor to be considered to avoid complete mission failure. Deployable composite truss structures, assembled constructed from DPP material, have also successfully been used in various space programs.
