Custom products
DPP can develop and produce custom products for special applications. Good communication is essential in order to develop a product that fully lives up to the customer’s expectations. The tooling design also needs extra attention in order to develop a reliable production process.

Developed for minimally invasive instruments (medical application). | PEEK tube with carbon/epoxy mantle, Ø(outer) 1mm, Ø(inner) 0.5mm. Developed for minimally invasive instruments (medical application). | Glass fibre / epoxy micro tubes and rods. Glass fibre profiles are non conductive (unlike carbon fibre profiles).
